How to request a refund

Our team manually review your request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.

We’ll issue your refund automatically. Most refunds take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Note: No returns are required. You don’t need to ship anything back. That’s part of our Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee.
Lifetime Warranty claims
Aside from refunds, we also provide a Lifetime Warranty covering product defects, accidental breakage, clasp issues, or tarnish/fading.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please file a Lifetime Warranty claim for a FREE replacement.

Important: If a refund has already been issued for your order, it is no longer eligible for a warranty replacement. This helps us prevent misuse and ensures we can continue offering this guarantee fairly to all customers.
Exchanges
Looking to switch sizes or try a different piece? Start your exchange via our Return Portal.
Here’s what you can exchange for:
- A different size (e.g. 20” → 22”)
- A different product (pay the difference if it costs more)
Important: You don’t need to send anything back. You keep your original item. We’ll send your new one free of charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reply to your order confirmation email or reach out at support@balanzi.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@balanzi.com.
Cancellation
Cancelling your order for a refund before processing is FREE. For the best success in cancellation or a change in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation or order editing once the order is placed.
